Dear Comrades!
Namaskar!

The formation of AIBSNLEA had been done by merging ten Associations/Unions in 2004, replica of this is calling Umbrella Association. Initially we are raising each cadre issues.

Since we have cordial relationship and rapport with the Management, many issues were settled.

Management framed the REA rules, due to this Membership verification had been conducted.

In the first Membership verification, AIBSNLEA had elected as Support Association.

After elected as SA, due to the consistent efforts of AIBSNLEA, first time in the history of BSNL Mass Promotions( 18,000) orders were issued in each cadre.

Last Six years, our Sister Associations were elected as MA or SA. We had not elected as MA or SA but AIBSNLEA had materialized the promotion in Electrical Stream. This shows the importance of AIBSNLEA.

We are not merge or amalgamate in any Association because we believe in quality and want to show our Separate Identity.

Now We are less in number but we do our work silently and results shows our efforts. We still do work hard for the Betterment of Executive Fraternity.

In view of the foregoing, we appeal all the Executive Friends with folded hands, Please join the hand with us for Betterment of our Fraternity.

Zindabad! Zindabad! AIBSNLEA Zindabad!!!
