to time in this regard, it has been decided to start the membership verification afresh. Accordingly, it is proposed to hold first membership verification of executive employees in BSNL so as to elect a majority representative Association and grant recognition to the Association, so elected. 2. In order to enable the BSNL Management to undertake the verification process, the Associations of serving executive employees in BSNL, which are registered under the Societies Act or the Trade Union Act for a minimum period of one year as on date and which intend to participate in the said membership verification process, may submit their applications, within a period of one month, complete in all respects to SR Section, BSNL C.O. accompanied with the following documents / undertaking :- (a) Certified copy of Memorandum of Association, (b) Certified copy of constitution/by-laws of the Association, (c) A copy of the Registration Certificate, (d) Names/contact details of the office bearers of the Association, (e) Estimated membership of the Association, (f) Undertaking from the General Secretary that the provision,, of BSNL (Recognition of Executives' Association) Rules, 2014 are acceptable to their Association. (g) In case any of the document is in vernacular language, a certified copy of translation thereof in English. (h) An undertaking that in case any provisions in the constitution of an Association are at variance with the Recognition Rules, copy enclosed for ready reference, the Association shall amend / modify the same in consonance with the Recognition Rules, 2014 within a period of six months from the date of submission of the undertaking, failing which action as per Recognition Rules will follow. 3. The tentative time-schedule for conduct of membership verification is as follows:- (a) Last date for submission of application 24.06.2016 (b) Release of list of Associations found eligible to participate in the membership verification 01.07.2016 (c) Last date for withdrawal of application 05.07.2016 (d) Release of final list of associations participating in the membership verification 12.08.2016 (e) Conduct of elections 27.09.201h (f) Counting of votes & declaration of results 29.9.2016 (g) Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date would not be entertained.
