Revision of TA/DA Rates - reg The TA/DA was revised in BSNL vide No7-6/2004-EF dated 22-10-2002 and subsequent amendment dated 08.09.2010. Since then cost of living has increased many fold. The amount provided for officers and officials for under taking tour in the interest of BSNL is not sufficient for meeting the day to day expenses. It is high time to revise the rates in propionate to the inflation. The officers reluctant to undertake Tour since the rates are very low to meet the day to day expenses and in turn it affects the work of field units. Therefore we request your good self to consider the hike in price index and the rates of TA/DA may be increased accordingly with immediate effect. We are anticipating a very early personal interference and favorable action from your good office in this regard. (Copy endorsed to: 1.Smt. Regularization of Officiating JTOs as per provision in the recently approved new JTO RR -2014. On the subject cited above, kindly refer to BSNL Corporate Office letter number 5-32/2013-Estt.IV dated 15.10.2015 wherein all the concerned are redirected to send all the screening test qualified and Phase-I trained officiating JTOs again for Phase-I training as per the new scheme and syllabus issued in the year 2009. In this regard, it is submitted that all of them have already undergone pre-appointment training module-2002 i.e. pre-basic-I, pre-basic-II and Phase-I training of JTOs in the year 2005-2006. Since, pre-basic training are not in the part of JTO Phase-I training, therefore to reduce the total training period, training cost and employee hardship, these official should not be sent for pre-basic trainings again. Most of these hapless officials have already crossed the age of 55 years and even some of them are at the verge of retirement. It is therefore, requested to kindly look into this aspect and take all required steps for early regularization of these officiating JTOs. We are anticipating a very personal interference and favorable action from your good office in this regard also. No. AIBSNLEA/CHQ/Dir(HR)/2015 dated 27.10.2015 (Addressed to Smt.
