The increase in the number of total connections provided by BSNL is phenomenal, though the total market share has decreased because of overall growth in the total number of connections provided by all the operators. The Group B officers and officers promoted there from are playing crucial role in such a phenomenal growth by BSNL. But the Officers need motivation to perform tirelessly for the growth of the TELEWAVE 10 JUNE-2016
